    Pastor Tony VanManen is originally from Nampa, Idaho, where his grandparents had a local dairy.  He is married to Amy, and they enjoy doing ministry together.  They have six children:  Kody (married to McKayla), Dawson (married to Faith), Autumn, Sophie, Titus, and Hollin.  


    After attending Bible college in Oklahoma, Pastor Tony and Amy ministered in churches in Texas and Colorado, and briefly helped in a church plant in Arkansas.  They have been serving in the Treasure Valley since 1998, and have been blessed to be at Centennial since 2006.

    Amy is the Administrative Assistant here at Centennial.  She leads our volunteer teams, is the 301 Coordinator and coach, Small Group Host Leader, Livestream and Audio/Visual Director, and Children's Ministry Leader.   She also heads up our Mission Team Trainings and has a heart for mission trips around the world.
    Amy is married to our lead pastor, Tony.  They have 6 kids, two married, (one in the US Army and one in the Marine Reserves) one teacher of Toddler1 here at Centennial, one in 3rd Grade, one in K3, and one BIG Surprise in the infant class.

    She loves ministry and Centennial.  She loves to be a smiling face to greet you and help you in any way she can!

  • Tyler Smith

    Tyler Smith is Centennial Baptist School's Principal.  He and his wife Jamie moved to Idaho mid-June 2020.  They have three children, spunky & fun Abigail, sweet Henry (who made his appearance right before "Covid shutdown") and their newest Idaho Baby Elijah.

    Tyler and Jamie are excited to make Idaho their home.  They are from the Bay Area.  Jamie has grandparents in Weiser, Idaho and they both have friends in Meridian, Idaho.

    Tyler has his Bachelors in History and Masters in Teaching History.  He is currently working on a Masters in Education Administration.  He has an excitement to learn and create working systems to better a Christian School.  He values teachers and parents working together for the best education a student can have.

    We are excited for our "Mustang community" at Centennial Baptist School to have Mr. Smith lead!
